Paul Farkas

Paul Farkas has worked across Canada, primarily in the field of Human Resources. After graduating with a Biochemistry degree and a Master of Business Administration focused on organizational behaviour, he began working at The Herald in Calgary. From there, he moved through a variety of sectors: engineering and construction, oil and gas processing, food manufacturing and distribution, consulting, and automotive. His winding career journey has given him a unique perspective on the workings of both businesses and people. Data driven and analytical, but with a humanistic bent, Paul is a firm believer in influencing others through effective use of well-told stories.
